1. Billing
- Payment Plans: We offer flexible payment plans with options for 3 months, 6 months, and 12 months to access our services.
- Payment Terms: Payments are charged at the start of each billing cycle based on your chosen plan.
- Renewal: All plans automatically renew at the end of the billing period unless canceled in advance.
2. Refunds
Due to the nature of our product, we do not offer refundsāeither partial or in full. This policy applies to all payment plans, including:
- 3-month plans.
- 6-month plans.
- 12-month plans.
We encourage you to thoroughly evaluate our product during the initial period before committing to a longer plan.
3. Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your plan at any time through your account settings.
- Once canceled, no further charges will be made. However, you will retain access to the product until the end of your current billing cycle.
- Cancellation of a 3-month , 6-month or 12-month plan does not qualify for a pro-rated refund for the unused portion.
4. Pricing Changes
- We may revise our pricing, pricing policies, features, or access restrictions at any time.
- Any changes to pricing or plans will be communicated in advance, and existing customers will continue to be billed at their current rate until their plan renews.
